Your Move Conveyancing

Welcome to Your Move Conveyancing! At Your Move Conveyancing we understand that Conveyancing is only one of a number of important items which need to be taken into consideration when buying or selling property. We make it easy to streamline your Conveyancing needs by working with you on your time 7 days a week. 5 STAR SERVICE: We pride ourselves and promise to provide a 5 Star Service which will take what can typically be a stressful time in dealing with the legalities of your sale or purchase away. We do this by actively communicating with you throughout the whole Conveyancing process and meet with you when documents need to be signed or discussed. We can also arrange to provide consultations over the phone or via email depending on what is most convenient at the time for you. FREE MOBILE SERVICE! We invite you to take advantage of our Free Mobile Service where we come to you to discuss and sign the usual paperwork involved in the Conveyancing process. We can meet with you at a time and day that is convenient to you on your terms. PEACE OF MIND: Part of being able to provide our 5 Star Service to you means that having Peace of Mind is critical when items that have a direct impact on your sale or purchase are at stake which is why we also offer the availability of being able to contact a Conveyancer via phone or email 7 days a week. Having Peace of Mind also extends to understanding how much your Conveyancing fees are going to be. This is especially critical when budgeting for a purchase. Our fees are FIXED and easy to understand which means no blow-outs in costs or nasty surprises when it comes time to settle. CHOOSING A CONVEYANCER: Why should you choose us over a solicitor? Put simply, we are experts in the field of conveyancing and it is all that we do! Being a Licensed Conveyancer means that you must have over 2 years practical experience on top of completing a 2 year course specifically designed to teach the ins and outs of Conveyancing Law. While you might find that a solicitor practices in multiple fields and can be easily bogged down with other on-going matters such as being in and out of Court, we are available to speak to when you need us. David Winning, the Licensee in Charge has had 6 years full time experience working as a Conveyancer, 4 of those as a Licensed Conveyancer so it is fair to say his knowledge of the conveyancing industry is quite extensive. We can’t wait to hear from you and look forward to working with you during your sale or purchase.
