Yoga 213 Bondi

GETTING DOWN WITH 213 We offer three styles of yoga, Hip Hop Vinyasa Flow, Chill Vinyasa Slow Flow and Power Flow. All Hip Hop and Chill classes go for 60 minutes and our Power Flow, held over the lunch hour, is a quick blast of 45 minutes. The names Hip Hop and Chill relate directly to the Music! If you’re into your Jay Z, Kanye West, Ja Rule and Notorious BIG then we suggest Hip Hop. If Chet Faker, Ray Lamontagne, Hotel Costes and Frank Ocean are more your cup of Chai Tea head for the Chill sessions. Our Power sessions are a mixture of uplifting Chill and Hip Hop and aren’t recommended for the faint hearted. STUDIO 213 BONDI From a recycled timber stairway, our studio room is perched up on a split level that looks out onto an open air balcony. With big sliding glass doors this balcony brings in a steady cool breeze and that uninhibited feeling of being outside during each class. Bright blue mats line the studios timber floors, facing out towards an array of terracotta pots, Cactuses, Honey Suckle and Rosemary. Our studio operates with a non-heated room, as we believe you should heat the body from the inside out. For the morning classes at 6:15am our doors open at 6am, every other class doors open 30 minutes prior to the advertised class time. Bookings can be made online straight through our timetable and are encouraged. All Yogi’s of every shape, size and level are welcomed. If you’re new to yoga we recommend taking a Chill class first.
