Village Avenue Hair and Makeup was reformed with new management and a whole new team in 2011. Our objective was to bring a better brand of hair to Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs. Wesz’ philosophy has always been “We tailor our clients cuts and colours to suit individual needs and characteristics, and realise that no one wants to walk out with someone else's haircut.” Wesz brings over 15 years experience working alongside the industry leaders. In his time, Wesz has worked with the worlds biggest fashion houses in catwalk and photographic work where precision cutting and colouring is a foundation. Couple this high-end technical ability with Wesz’ down to earth nature, passionate energy and premium customer service; he is a rare commodity and highly sought after. Saimone Price. Senior Stylist and Bridal Director. Saimone is an award winning stylist with experience from the industry leading salons in the UK and Australia. Originally from UK, Saimone brings with her zest for life and her Scottish charm along with technical excellence to VA. Since being in Melbourne, she has won the Phototropic competition twice. Saimone now chooses to focus on being a leader in the Bridal sector. Hair Up is her passion, and in her spare time Saimone works on putting together instructional video’s for Youtube and other media for people to learn her tips of the trade.
