Ultimate Performance Edge, aka UPE has been offering private initial assessment and semi private equipment based classes in the Sutherland Shire since 1999 working with post acute rehabilitation, general fitness and tailoring programs to the individuals needs. All our instructors complement the UPE logo of one ball and a shadowing ball, which reflects you the client as a whole person and the instructor’s responsibility to shadow the client, guiding and instructing you with excellence, empathy and professionalism. Pilates is a non impact form of total body conditioning designed to meet the needs of everyone. The Pilates Exercise Method enhances quality of life through addressing the whole body, promoting balance, strength, stamina and flexibility. The Pilates Exercise Method incorporates floor work and specially designed machines to develop a strong, centred and balanced body. Pilates is suitable for any age and fitness level, including athletes, office workers, pregnant women and the elderly. The team at UPE Pilates applies current research and practice to the traditional principles of Joseph Pilates.
