THIS WAY UP Schools is a not-for-profit initiative of the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (or CRUfAD). We combine research and clinical expertise in the education and prevention of anxiety and depressive problems in children aged 8 to 16 years old. THIS WAY UP Schools deliver free online programs for anxiety and depression, drug and alcohol education and body image education. All of the THIS WAY UP Schools online courses are evidence based and have been successfully implemented in over 200 schools across Australia.
