The Mill is a fully equipped, private personal training gym, run by appointment only. We don't charge Patrons to use The Mill there are no pesky membership or casual visit fee. You pay your Personal Trainer as usual. If you already have your own Trainer and want to try out The Mill, ask your Trainer to contact us. If you are looking for a Trainer contact us, and we can put you into contact with one. Trainers, we want you to utilise our facility to run and grow your business. Management at The Mill are here to support you, not make demands of you or interfere. Use The Mill as and when you require it, be it occasionally, once a week or every day. We even have a kitchen, lounge and rest area for Trainers to relax or do work in between clients. Without a PT, a gym is just a room full of equipment. Personal Training works!
