A beautiful spacious house that sleeps 12 people! Ideal for large families or several couples! Really close to the main shopping centre and within walking distance of the local pub, river and beach! Large Four-Bedroom house comprising: Main bedroom with queen bed and ensuite Second and third bedrooms with double beds Fourth bedroom with two single beds and two trundles Main bathroom with shower and bathtub Well equipped kitchen with microwave Large dining area with 8 seater table Spacious living area with LCD TV, DVD, CD player with Ipod connectivity, Large modular lounge, plus second lounge area with sofa bed and reverse cycle air conditioner. Large outdoor patio with 8 seater outdoor setting, BBQ, woodfire and dartboard with pool table and second fridge in the garage. Laundry and cleaning facilities Quilts and covers provided but you must bring own linen, towels and tea towels etc. Pets allowed on negotiation
