Telstra Kalgoorlie

Telstra Store Kalgoorlie opened on iconic Hannan Street in September 2003, and celebrated 10 years serving the Goldfield in 2013. The store is owned by long time Kalgoorlie residents Frank and Lee Jacobsen, and was previously known as In Touch Communications. Our team of local Customer Advisors are waiting to help you choose the Telstra products and services that suit your individual lifestyles. Being based in rural Western Australia, we specialise in helping regional customers get the best coverage with blue tick handsets, antennas, patch leads and satellite services. We are committed to giving the best possible service with the best network. We are a community minded business and sponsor several Goldfields organisations such as the Stormers Netball Club, Eastern Goldfields BMX Club, Franchise Women’s Basketball Team and Twin City Soccer Club. We also donate prizes to many local clubs, quiz nights and raffles. Owner Lee Jacobsen is the current President of Kalgoorlie Boulder Chamber of Commerce & Industry, previous Chairperson of KBCCI Retail Sub Committee, and is active in the Business Community. If you are a Business customer, we also have a Telstra Business Centre located at 158 Egan Street, with a team of Business certified consultants to help you tailor your telecommunications needs for your business.
