The Slim Force Philosophy Our single goal is to help you get healthier and happier. Slim Force creator, Kate Morris, achieved this goal for herself by transforming from unhappily obese to powerfully in control of her life. Kate, along with her hand-picked trainers, is passionately dedicated to every client’s wellbeing. Most importantly, Kate and her team commit themselves to those who are 100% committed to improving their own health. It’s not just about the exercise. We are there to support you every step of the way, with advice on nutrition and keeping a focused mental state. You will develop a special relationship with your Slim Force trainer – they will become your mentor and a supportive friend. Our Specialist Programs The 100 Club - one on one and small group options designed specifically for people starting at 100kg+ Slim Force for Teens and Slim Force 4 Kidz - one on one programs designed specifically for teenagers (13-17 years) and children (6-12 years)
