Sean Egan at McGrath

Sean holds several record prices throughout the area and ran his own very successful agency before joining McGrath. Sean is a familiar face in the area having lived in the Shire for the past 20 years. With an impressive 14 years real estate experience, he knows intimately the characteristic of each suburb and street like few other agents can attest, and has touched the lives of countless local residents who have entrusted him with their most valuable asset. Specialising in Cronulla, Burraneer, Dolans Bay, Lilli Pilli and Caringbah South, Sean feels lucky to work in such a beautiful part of Sydney. “There are such a diverse range of properties, everything from one bedroom apartments to waterfront estates,” Sean says. This diversity appeals to Sean who enjoys dealing with a wide range of people and turning what can be a stressful time into a smooth and uncomplicated process. With such experience and professionalism, it’s hardly surprising Sean is the agent of choice for the area’s landmark properties. He holds the record price for Woolooware and Lilli Pilli and the highest yearly sales in Cronulla and Dolans Bay. Other notable achievements include the sale of a $7.8 million development site in Sylvania and selling a staggering $7.5 million in property in one week. Even with such success, Sean is committed to continuous training and getting the best out of himself and others to maximise the returns for his clients. His move to McGrath allows him to utilise the extensive network of agents and agencies that allow for a greater reach of his clients' properties. Sean’s work ethic and sense of integrity is remarkable and he is an agent of the very highest calibre with an impeccable reputation for results.
