Rockin Pizza

Our story: Located on Rockingham Road in Hamilton Hill, Rockin' Pizza has already established itself as a truly unique culinary experience. Offering either take away or delivery plus a small outside area to enjoy your meal, Rockin' Pizza has produced a menu that is new and exciting. All produce is either locally sourced or 100% Australian meaning you are guaranteed quality fresh produce. There has been no sacrifice on product quality as each and every facet of what makes a ‘Rockin Pizza’ is carefully sliced, diced, marinated, whisked or blended on site fresh every day. It starts with the base! So what makes a Rockin' Pizza so good? Many will say the dough is what separates them from the rest. The dough is made in house daily and given a minimum of 24 hours to settle, prove and then rise to a standard that is easily stretched by hand. To assist with the stretching and to add taste polenta (cornmeal) is added. The polenta sticks to the dough and cooks perfectly with the stone oven to create a base that is crunchy yet soft, doughy yet perfectly cooked and thin but filling. It is far better than the conventional pizza shops that use conveyor ovens and trays to cook their pizzas, Rockin' Pizza takes true skills and is great to watch! They may even give you a spectacle by tossing the pizza base high in to the air. Many have complimented the base as being ‘Healthy’, ‘Doesn’t leave you feeling bloated', ‘Wont effect my diet’ and ‘Not greasy!’. All of which are true and why so many have taken several menus with them to share with their friends, family and work mates. With toppings to compliment their base such as Tiger Prawns, Sliced Chicken Breast (YES! You can finally see the chicken on a pizza), Salami and Smoked Cuts of Bacon, care has been taken to offer quality and value on all products. Not to be forgotten are the Vegetables! Marinated Pumpkin, Sliced Red Onion, Kalamata Olives just to name a few
