Richard Keeley

Richard Keeley Licensed Auctioneer and Co-Director of Luton Woden 0418 620 735 Luton Properties - Experience More Luton is a local company, established in Canberra in 1999. At that time, Director Richard Luton was already a formidable presence in the Canberra real estate market, as he set out with a dream to create a business based on his vision of 'putting the person back into real estate' - providing a personal and knowledgeable service tailored to individual client needs - a vision that still guides Team Luton today. Over the last fourteen years, Richard, his Co-Directors, and his team of experienced sales and property management consultants have achieved significant results right across the Canberra region. Tailored marketing campaigns, outstanding client service, and excellent communication and negotiation between vendor and buyer are key to our success. As the largest privately owned agency in Canberra, we offer our clients unequalled and consistent service from all of our eight offices, covering Canberra completely. We are one company with one Principal and a strong team of Co-Directors providing strategic direction. This consistency provides significant benefits to you - saving time, money and ensuring you have the right information - every time. Sales success is due to many factors - outstanding client service, a highly-trained team and deep market knowledge are top of our list. What makes Luton different is the active involvement of the Director, Richard Luton and of his Co-Director - Richard Keeley, a top sales performer in his own right, with ongoing active involvement in the business. We trust that you too will experience more with Luton.
