Raw Juice NSW

I am not saying that you have to drink organic freshly extracted juices every day , moreover I am not saying that you should immediately join a gym or start running 5 km every morning. Please don't say: "I will never do this, that's not for me" , "I would never give up drinking fizzy drinks or eating meat/chips/ processed food " If you are obese, lethargic or unhealthy it is a big possibility that you can help yourself. I am not asking you to change your whole life-style in one night. What I'm asking is : JUST TRY IT. Start putting more good fuel and reduce all the stuff thats making you unhealty and results just come.Naturally Please just give it a go and see what will be the reaction of your body. I reckon that you would be really suprised what you can do, how you can feel and how you can look. If you would tell me few years ago what kind of activity I will be doing I would definitely say that you are crazy. If you would say that I will quit drinking alcohol and swap it for freshly extracted organic juices I would say that you are insane. I have gradually changed my eating and drinking habbits, and I have lost over 20 kg, and now I am preparing to run a half marathon... I believe that good restful sleep at night plus a lot of smiling during the day combined with physical exercises is the perfect coctail for a happy and fullfiled life. If you are reading this it means that you already commited to change something in your life or just looking for your own answers. Whatever it is please do not hesitate to share your story with me. Cheers, Marcin Paszkowski- founder of Raw Juice NSW
