RA Lawrence Real Estate

Launched in 2001, RA Lawrence, blue mountains lifestyle properties is a boutique real estate agency based in Leura Village in the beautiful Blue Mountains. Our team of fully licensed agents are committed to offering clients consumer satisfaction, modern and effective web based marketing, effective negotiation skills and a deep level of care and support throughout this often stressful process. Our goal is to achieve a result far and above the vendors' expectation rather than a 'sale at any price'. An outstanding result for our clients also ensures referral and repeat business which is where the majority of our clients originate. Our focus on consumer satisfaction, ethical practises, along with effective marketing culminates in service and results that are second to none in the Blue Mountains. Every member of our sales team is a fully licensed real estate agent with a strong background in sales, marketing and negotiation. Unlike most other agencies, our commission only agents work together as a team to sell your property. When entrusting your property to RA Lawrence, you can be confident that you and your property will be represented by experienced estate agents who will excel in negotiating the best price for your property. Our reputation is built on an ability to achieve consistently excellent results. We are the number one agency for Leura and Katoomba – selling the most properties in these areas combined for the 2012-2013 financial year.
