Primal Chef

PRODUCE The beef, lamb & pork used in Primal Chef meals are all locally sourced from the Gin Gin farms of Princi Butchers. The animals are raised in the fresh country air and there are abattoirs on site so you know your meat is fresh & local and hasn't been living or transported in over crowded or unhygienic conditions. We choose prime cuts of meat and you won't be disappointed with the quality. Primal Chef also uses free range Mt Barker chicken & sustainable Atlantic Salmon sourced from the Huon River in Tasmania, a pristine marine environment. Our fruit & vegetables are sourced locally where possible and you can rest assured we deliver only the best quality ingredients to our customers. We like to spice it up at Primal Chef so be ready for some flavours you may not be used to, chilli is not the only spice on the rack! Cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cardamon, cloves & fennel are all used in our spice mixes along with lots of other delicious spices from around the world. CURRENT SERVICES We are currently operating Primal Chef in what we call "blocks". Intense periods where we can cater for local hubs for a number of weeks and provide a weekly Primal meal to customers. In the future we hope to expand and offer more delivery options, more delivery days and more meals! Keep up to date with our progress on FB WHO WE ARE The first idea of Primal Chef was created when I found myself at home with a baby, time and energy poor, needing some help to keep my diet clean and nutritious. I looked and looked for a service to help relieve some of the load of cleaning and cooking...but could find NOTHING in the Perth area that I considered quality meal options. I was also part way through a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Nutrition, with a husband who was working full time as a Head Chef getting rave reviews about his cuisine. It wasn't hard for us to join the dots and take the idea to the next step by combining our skills and years of experience in hospitality and fitness industries to create Primal Chef.
