PhysiPole Studios Melton

PhysiPole Studios Melton opened in August 2012 As a recognized form of exercise, pole dancing is a unique and fun way to improve core strength and cardio fitness. Aswell as giving women the opportunity to workout in a friendly and safe environment, it's a great way to get in touch with the sexy, sensual and feminine side that is sometimes lost in our busy lifestyles. PhysiPole Studios offers the following: POLE DANCING STATIC COURSE A great workout and a lot of fun! These courses include spins and aerial tricks, each class you'll learn new routines and as your fitness, strength and flexibility increases so does the level of the workout! POLE DANCING SPIN COURSE This is when the poles are changed to spinning mode and strength is used to hold your body in positions similar to the ones learnt in the normal static classes. A very beautiful yet difficult and challenging class. MENS STRENGTH CLASSES For men who are wanting to improve their upper body and core strength in particular. This class is a hard core workout, they also learn some cool tricks but NO DANCING. Great for partners of students who think what we do is easy. This'll show them!
