Onward Fitness

Hi everyone and welcome to Onward Fitness. I am a ex-Soldier come Personal Trainer who owns and runs Onward Fitness in Caboolture, Qld, Australia. Onward Fitness specialises in Military Fitness, Emergency Services Fitness, Obstacle Racing Fitness, Rehabilitation, Group Training and Personal Training. We are Caboolture's first dedicated gym to the services and obstacle racing and as such there is no one like us. Our values shape who we are and the members of this gym. Community, Commitment, Courage and Integrity. These values along with the gym rules are a core component on what makes Onward Fitness stand out from the pack. I invite you to come down to see for yourself and experience an environment where people support not judge each other. I have a complimentary week pass available to any newbies wanting to give it a go. No-one has climbed Everest or Base jumped from the edge of space by doing it all alone. It takes a tribe to raise a child as does it take a supportive team and hard work plus a determined mind to achieve your goals. Training will have purpose but will not be impossible. Please note our group session times to utilise your complimentary week pass. To find these please visit our website. I look forward to meeting you. Dave
