Neurological Profiling

We offer a one day training package that teaches you simple methodologies and strategies on: Influence. Influence over your mind, emotions and physiology. By gaining clarity over how you uniquely operate and also to be able to calibrate the way someone else operates, you can influence the systems that are already in place to gain a positive outcome in any interaction. Human Beings are not born with a 'user manual', if we were, then things would be so much easier! Emotional control and truly understanding how your body, mind and emotions are linked in an intrinsic system is something rarely taught in society, in fact if anything, the exact opposite is commonly enforced. Neurological profiling offers a program to teach you how to utilise emotional intelligence, positive psychology and neuro scientific principals to advance your communication skills and emotional control. Some people just know how to get along with others, some people are more self-confident, and some are great at inspiring people. All these require people to use influence. Today's society places an exuberant amount of pressure on people from many perspectives, and many people find it hard to cope and perform at the peak level that is demanded of us at times, it creates stress in our systems. Stress attacks the immune system, making you prone to illness and disease. By changing your perspective you can reduce the impact this has on your system and affect your health positively, at the cellular level. Emotional intelligence and positive psychology can be applied through a set of learnable skills that include identifying and changing emotions, understanding language sets, motivating yourself, and empathising with another person. The program teaches people to be happier both personally and professionally by understanding human interaction at a subconscious level and having an ability to influence the outcome. Instead of focusing on the behaviour of a person, you are trained to calibrate the drivers of the behaviour, understanding how we operate at this level brings with it an increased clarity and also allows you to influence change with much more success, tie this together with a greater understanding of how positive language affects us and you have yourself an amazing ability to empower people to achieve much more than they ever thought possible! Limitations we place upon ourselves through our belief and value systems become a thing of the past!
