My Wellness Centre

What we have noticed at My Wellness Centre is that everyone experiences tiredness. Some people are further debilitated with fatigue and exhaustion. Our focus overall is to show people how to prevent the big diseases: heart, cancer, obesity, and diabetes. Tiredness and fatigue are simple symptoms that the body is not functioning optimally. It’s like your car is overdue for its service – not firing on all four cylinders! Symptoms like bloating, headaches, joint pain and sugar cravings, are all signs that a tune up is required. We all have choice: choose a place of medical uncertainty and be resigned to the fact that you are getting old and can expect disease. Or you can choose a place of prevention and put lifestyle practices in place to prevent disease. We totally respect your medical choice. In fact many of our clients work in with us and their doctor. What we offer at My Wellness Centre are natural health services that focus on seeing what lifestyle practices you can put in place that will make your life more enjoyable and tiredness a rarity. Some of the services we provide and why they are a contribution to your long term health & wellbeing: Acupuncture: Acupuncture can be used for relief of pain, infertility, tiredness and chronic fatigue. Whilst it is not for everyone, the needling is at the worst uncomfortable, at the best not painful at all. Iridology and Sclerology: This is a non-invasive method of identifying the weaknesses and strengths in your body. Commonly we can identify liver overload, which contributes to sluggish feelings, irritability and sugar cravings. DNA testing: A saliva sample is used to measure 54 genes associated with the chronic diseases of inflammation, heart health, free radical damage, detoxification, weight health and bone health. From that we can develop an individualised lifestyle and nutrition programme for you. This is your roadmap to healthy living & healthy aging well into your twilight years. Access Consciousness™: A non-invasive form of energy healing that releases negativity from your head, allowing space to think more clearly. Nutrition: We offer simple solutions to compliment your eating lifestyle. Liquid whole food supplementation is our specialty. A balance of macro minerals, ultra trace minerals, vitamins, proteins and omega 3 is very important. With our body in balance we can achieve whatever we want.
