My Newborn

• Are you struggling to get your baby to sleep through the night? • Do you have a baby that catnaps, feeds irregularly and is an erratic sleeper? • Are you exhausted, sleep deprived and running on empty as a result of your baby's poor sleeping habits? We can help you! MY NEWBORN, offers families sleep solutions that facilitate a more desirable set of sleeping habits for any baby or child aged 0-5. We work closely with you to provide the guidance and techniques to maintain a routine that gets your baby to sleep better at night and/or during the day. We evaluate your baby’s current routine and eliminate the reasons why your baby is not sleeping soundly. Our methods are kind, gentle and work, ensuring a good night's sleep for the whole family. Each baby and family is different, therefore each job is personalised and sleep plans are constructed based on the particular parenting style that you wish to maintain. We work with your family to provide you with a customised plan that considers your baby’s history, personality and stage of development. Our services can be of particular help for first time parents, parents who would like to encourage their baby to sleep better at night or parents who are experiencing specific sleeping related difficulties with their babies.
