We always had a dream to open an online boutique store. Being a mum and keen online shopper myself, at times I find it difficult to find cute, trendy, designer inspired items at a reasonable price. Combining my passion for business with wanting to enjoy more of a family and work life balance, My Lil Princess was born. GENERAL INFORMATION HOW TO PURCHASE 1. TO MAKE A PURCHASE - Comment on the picture relating to the item you would like to purchase with the size/ colour that you require. Then inbox me your postal address and preferred payment method. 2. POSTAGE – Postage costs are a flat rate of $8.00, this also includes a tracking code. Smaller items such as headbands are delivered at a flat rate of $3.00 (Australia wide). The appropriate postage costs will be added accordingly. Should you wish express postage, a price will be provided upon request. Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery times are estimated between 3-7 working days depending on your location within Australia. My Lil Princess is not responsible for any lost orders and will not refund any orders made through regular postage. Orders over $150 will receive free express postage. 3. PAYMENT - Payment can be made via Bank Transfer (preferred payment option), through Paypal or via credit/debit card. Payments are to be made within 3 days of commenting on picture. 4. AFTER SALES - If there is anything we can help you with or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us a personal message or email at any time. We will endeavor to answer your question/s as soon as possible. RETURN AND EXCHANGE We understand that Online Shopping can be uncertain at times. So if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily exchange or refund the purchase price (postage costs are not refundable unless the item is deemed faulty by My Lil Princess). Items need to be returned, at customer's expense, in original packaging with tags attached - unworn and unwashed. It is highly recommended that any returns are sent via Registered Post as My lil Princess will not be held responsible for lost mail. Please notify My Lil Princess within 7 days of receipt of item should you wish to make a return. All returns are to be pre-approved by My Lil Princess. Please clearly display your name (as indicated on invoice) on the return package. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods and will be made via the same payment method. NOTE: Items purchased on SALE or in our DEAL OR NO DEAL are not covered by our Returns and Exchange Policy unless deemed faulty. FAULTY GOODS: In the rare event that a fault or damage to your purchase is overlooked during dispatch, We will happily exchange or refund your purchase (including postage costs) providing it is returned in original packaging with tags attached – and is unworn and unwashed. Please notify us within 7 days of purchase should your items be damaged or otherwise faulty. PRIVACY: My Lil Princess is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
