Moira Magill Personal Training

Hi, my name is Moira Magill and I'm here to help you achieve your fitness goals. After a long career as a Registered Nurse where I specialised in Cardiac Care, Diabetes Management and acute medical conditions, I have decided to forge a career in the fitness sector. As a married woman of six adult children with only one left at home, I now have time for me. After a serious back injury four years ago, I embarked on improving my own health and fitness. I did this by joining a local gym and regularly attending fitness classes. Since then I have completed the Noosa and Mooloolaba Triathlons, as well as Tough Mudder with my kids, proving that age and previous health issues are no barrier to fulfilling your dreams and desires. I chose Fit College, Maroochydore (www.fitcollege.edu.au) as it is next to my local gym, which has excellent facilities, that the group has full access to for hands-on training during the course. The staff also have a strong academic background, are professional in all areas, and are willing to share their experience and knowledge to help achieve the best possible outcome for their students. Once I have graduated from the course, I hope to help others change their lives and make a difference. I plan to target both Men and Women aged 40 plus, to start moving, feel better about themselves, get healthier and reduce their risk of heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers. I will be equipped to confidently work with people with a range of fitness levels abilities and challenge them both mentally and physically to help them achieve their goals.
