We commit to exceeding our customers' expectations for quality, responsiveness, and professional excellence while delivering within the agreed price and schedule. MGA Tech Services has also decided to let you, the customer, decide if you want to pay for support & if so, how much! That's right, we'll provide you with support & a full report of what work was undertaken when the job is finished. You then decide if the job is worth anything and if so, how much you would like to pay for it. Why would we offer this you may ask?! Because this way, the risk is on us & not the customer and we believe it will help build better trustful relationships with all of our clients. You trust us to fix your PC, etc & we trust that you will support us in a way you think fair. Not only is it about building customers relationships, but also about people not having to pay for a service if they’re not happy with it!! If you’re not happy, we’re not happy!!! ** This is initially only available to Home Users & Not For Profit Organisations
