Ladylicious Fitness

Ladylicious Fitness -is for ladies of all ages, shapes and fitness levels. As I am new to this business I am mostly suited to the beginner but this doesn't say that I can't modify and push those who are fitter than others. I love having a mixture of fitness levels in my sessions as one will always push and inspire others.. The beachside and park locations make working out easy, especially if you have little ones with you. We offer boxing, body weight strength work, HIIT , core work and stretching. We run sessions every Monday, Tues, Wed and Fridays at 9am unless it's raining. It is very mum and bub friendly with a relaxed atmosphere .. Being a mum of 2 young children myself I understand completely how important it is for us mums to look after ourselves even though we always tend to put ourselves last. It's time for us mums to start looking after ourselves first so we can take better care of our little ones and set an example for our children and families.
