Jones Property Services

Director, Natalie Jones, provides distinct attention to detail for residential property investors by meeting their individual needs and applying the passion, commitment and expertise needed to achieve optimum performance and results for every client. Our professional and experienced service is intended to address and eliminate the increasing market problems, which so many property investors frequently experience. Natalie understands the commitment it takes to service an investment property by focusing on quality property management, optimising rent returns, securing and retaining quality tenants and maintaining investment properties presentation and investment value. The complex nature of Property Management prevents simple solutions, so a unique approach and transparent understanding between clients and property manager is paramount. Our mission is to exceed the expectations of our clients by never compromising on quality. Achieving our vision depends upon skilled, professional employees who understand our clients and their needs. As an independent Australian owned family business, our reputation is important to us and a source of great pride, your result is our result; that's why we take it personally. For our clients this means they can enjoy the benefits of a small family owned business with benefits such as quick responses, personal attention, flexibility of services and quick decision making which are often lost in the complexity of much larger organisations. "We do not aim to be the largest; we simply aim to be the best.”
