Tara & Marisa met when they were accepted onto the state LFL team - the Victoria Maidens. They found the common interest for training not only for their sport but their common interest in training their bodies to be strong, fit and healthy. Both being personal trainers they decided to create a personal training business that passed on this information to help others create the fit, strong, healthy and sexy image of themselves. They believe that training should be fun even at its intensity, that you should be complimenting a healthy lifestyle into your training and having this all combine with a clear mental picture of your own 'healthy'.
