Indian Aroma Restaurant

The culinary art of selecting piquant condiments and aromatic herbs makes Indian Aroma a unique place to wine and dine. It is an incorrect notion that Indian food is 'hot' - all spices and herbs are used not only for flavour and aroma but also for their digestive and nutritional values: Chilies are rich in Vitamin C, Methi (fenugreek) peps up the liver, ginger and peppercorns aid digestion, mint is cooling, while coriander is good for the kidneys. Good wholesome food and good health is closely linked. At Indian Aroma, we prepare rare exotic dishes that are as nutritious as they are delicious, with the finest ingredients and herbal seasonings carefully marinated and sifted. Each recipe on this menu is the result of Soman's research on culinary data and ancient recipes over the past thirty-five years which will surprise you with its delectable blend, aroma and flavour of authentic Indian cuisine. The herbs and spices are fresh, pure and naturally ground everyday to suit the requirements. Mr Soman Plathara Anandan is one of the most popular Indian chefs in Sydney, highly rates by the Good Food Guide (Sydney Morning Herald), The Daily Telegraph and Sydney Eats Magazine. We invite you to a delightful, pleasurable visit to Indian Aroma with a welcome that comes from deep within our heart.
