We guarantee the fastest possible delivery of contracts. We will endeavor to always take your calls, or will call you back promptly. Mary will even take your calls on weekends or outside normal business hours. If you are at an auction and think of that last minute question you can call Mary on 0404 490 969! • We are friendly and helpful. We will guide you through this exciting time and make it as stress-free as possible. • We make everything easier. We explain things clearly and in plain English. We will post or email you everything you need to sign so that you can avoid coming to our office (unless you want to catch up for a coffee and talk in person). We are fastidious about our systems and processes, and will make sure you know when you need to be involved, what your responsibilities are and what is going to happen next. We provide you with a detailed letter explaining every step and answering the important frequently asked questions. • We will share your excitement. We absolutely love property. Every settlement is a triumph and something to get excited about. It’s not like you buy or sell a property every day! • We are organised. We use an excellent conveyancing operating system and have independent legal support. Unlike many law firms and large multi-office conveyancing firms, our office owner is hands on in operating the firm. This is how we are able to ensure our stringent quality controls.
