Hunters Buyers Agents

We represent many people including busy professionals, young and extended families, retirees, investors as well as those living in country areas, interstate and overseas. Our personalised and professional service covers all phases of the purchasing process. Unlike selling real estate agents we are not just limited to properties listed for sale. Not only can we provide you access to property already listed for sale but also many unlisted properties before they go on the market. Buying a property involves a great deal of time, a commitment to fact finding, a strong understanding of local conditions and most importantly an ability to work effectively with other agents as well as owners. Our strength is efficiency combined with these requirements and extensive real estate experience, giving our clients buying power far in excess of that of an individual or an unrepresented applicant enabling our clients to buy with complete confidence. Hunters Buyers Agents can give you the upper hand by their understanding of the auction process, bidding tactics and by not being emotionally involved in the auction or negotiation process. Sharon Boyle Vincent and Douglas Vincent have each had over 30 years of experience as real estate agents.
