Hotondo Homes - Devonport

Hotondo Homes is a network of new home builders with an extensive range of house plans. Home designs include acreage homes, beach homes, sloping blocks and everything in between to suit your lifestyle. Hotondo Homes is an Australian owned family business that was established in 1979. The Renwick family saw that there was a shortage of local builders being able to offer affordable homes to their local community. In 1993 they developed a franchise system where independent builders could offer their clients the personal attention and quality of a local builder, combined with the resources and support of a large building company. Now, Hotondo Homes is Australia’s number one building franchise. There are over 85 builders located throughout Australia. They will be able to build your dream home or investment with their Milestone and Forever range of homes. Each house plan is flexible, so you and your builder can make changes to turn the standard design into your dream home. In 2008, Hotondo Homes was awarded the Franchise Council of Australia’s “Franchisor of the Year: Services” Award. The first builder to win this prestigious award, Hotondo Homes are proud to be recognised for their commitment to their builders, continuous growth and development, and being leader in the industry.
