Heavy Metal Barbell

Heavy Metal Barbell is a collaboration between Rick and Tas, two local boys born and raised in Ocean Grove. We have created our dream warehouse facility in the industrial estate of Ocean Grove and focus on strength and conditioning development by utilising free weights and incorporating and combining the training styles of Powerlifting, Strongman and Weightlifting. No prior knowledge or fitness base is required! Whether you're a beginner, experienced, male, female, adolescent, adult or aging, all are welcome in a friendly club atmosphere. Let us help you achieve your goals by improving your general strength and mobility, your athletic performance, assist in the rehabilitation injuries or to simply focus on muscle gain or fat loss. Personal Training services are also available to ensure you get the most from your training, technique, nutrition and mindset. Call us on 5256 3722 or check out our website for further information and decide if you're ready for a new approach to improving yourself.
