At Harbour Therapy Clinic, Coffs Harbour we offer counselling, psychotherapy and psychology to help our clients resolve problems and dilemmas that might otherwise become intractable. People often value such help during a time of transition, crisis, confusion or loss. We work with people who are struggling with depression, stress, distress or anxious, with those who are bereaved through loss, those who lack confidence, and those who are lonely and confused. We also offer relationship therapy for couples or families to help them to listen to, communicate with and respect each other and resolve their conflicts. We help people to get through life crises or resolve dilemmas. Our philosophical orientation for our work is best expressed by this quote from Nietzsche; “And thus forward upon the path of wisdom, with a firm step and good confidence! However you may be situated, serve yourself as a source of experience! Throw off the displeasure at your nature , forgive yourself your own individuality , for in any case you have in yourself a ladder with a hundred steps upon which you can mount to knowledge.”
