Grange Estate Greenvale

From the very start, Grange Estate was something different, something better. As a family operation, the developer's prime objective was to produce a premium family friendly environment, not maximise the number of blocks per hectare. With this in mind, Grange Estate has been designed to have some of the largest blocks in the locality. With predominantly 14, 16 and a sprinkling of 18 metre block widths, Grange Estate will provide you with a greater choice of larger premium home designs. You can have the home you desire, not the home that is available. After all, you can never have enough luxury or too much room for children! Sustainability has been a keen focus for the Grange Estate. Designed to naturally filter storm water, the wetlands will reduce pollution and also provide an environment for native flora and fauna. As one of the few places in Melbourne offering recycled water, you can maintain a lush garden and clean car even in the driest of summers. Also, the larger size and orientation of our land blocks can allow for inclusion of natural energy saving home design features such as a northern orientation and cross ventilation. The landscaped wetlands will include bike and footpaths which will eventually link to the Greenvale Reservoir Park, Woodlands Historic Park as well as the Greenvale Recreation Reserve. Of course, do not forget the local recreation area just a short stroll away. Grange Estate will also boast fibre to the premises enabling homeowners to take advantage of fast internet speeds.
