About James Vertzayias James Vertzayias of Globe Project Group has been the driving force behind the business since its inception in 1996. James is an industry veteran with over 20 years in the property development arena. Prior to Globe, James built his experience through the project management of over 270 apartments across a variety of developments. Key projects James worked on include The Atrium Apartments, St Leonards, The Peninsular Apartments, Manly Vale and the Carrington Apartments, Clovelly to name a few. With Globe Project Group, James is responsible for conceptualising all development projects and turning the initial vision into bricks and mortar reality. From design development, construction management and project management to project marketing and planning management, James is heavily involved in each and every step of the development process.
