ExADF are a leading ex-defence job-board site specialising in Ex-Australian Defence Force personnel. The goal of ExADF is to provide a service that links current and ex-serving members of the Australian Defence Force with employers and job opportunities in the civilian world. Our focus is also on education. Through our blog, Facebook and other social media pages, we provide recruiters with valuable information and content on the benefits of hiring ex-defence people, understanding the jobs our candidates came from, the military environment and how the technical skills and personal attributes that have been instilled in our candidates can have huge benefits for any civilian business, organisation or team. Finally, we also aim to provide information to our job candidates on how their skills and experience in the military can directly relate to the civilian world. Often, someone leaving the military can find it a daunting and overwhelming experience. Here at ExADF, our community effort is focused on making this process easier and showing job candidates how their years of service in the Australian Defence Force can open up a world of opportunities once they have left. For further information or if you have any questions, we encourage you to link in with our Facebook, blog or twitter community – we are here to help!
