We will guide you through the process so you’ll know exactly how much you can eat. We can even count your calories for you. You don’t have to starve yourself; you don’t need to stop eating so called ‘junk’ foods; you don’t need to exercise excessively. We offer a lifestyle adjustment system that you can sustain for the rest of your life and never gain weight again! How much time do you have to commit? If you are time poor, it could be as low as 10 minutes per day to send us your food diary, then less than 30 minutes once a fortnight to discuss your progress. How much do we cost?
