Core Development - Donald Marmara

Are you frustrated with some of the psychological models that look exclusively for "what's wrong with you" without valuing your insights, wellbeing and strengths? Are you interested in the link between physical disomfort and your emotions? Are you experiencing any of these symptoms? - Anxiety and/or depression - Tiredness and /or irritability - Relationship problems - Confusion and/or frustration - Recurring back pain and/or headaches - Digestive and/or breathing problems These are all symptoms you may experience when you are under emotional stress. Seeing an experienced practitioner can help you alleviate, and even eliminate, many of these problems, so that you can regain a sense of control, and feel fulfilled, energised and enthused about life again. I offer a range of different forms of therapeutic and learning processes, all tailored to work best for you and your situation. This is not limited to individuals. The methods I offer can be used for conflict resolution in the workplace, working with couples and groups, and dealing with loss and grief. They are also useful tools for those of you who are just looking for a more balanced way to live your lives, so that you feel healthier, happier and better able to meet the challenges life can throw at you. Good therapy is a process with which you can engage, and emerge from feeling empowered to make positive changes in your life. At Core Development, I aim to help you achieve that.
