Coolangatta Realty

Coolangatta Realty was established in 1964, with an office in the main street (Griffith Street) of Coolangatta. In the 60’s few Real Estate offices existed, when a piece of Coolangatta’s beachfront property could be bought for £2,000. The office is currently located in a prominent, street-front position at 72-74 Griffith Street, Coolangatta - in a well exposed position in the midst of Coolangatta’s retail precinct and high density residential and holiday developments. The office occupies two shop fronts, from which both the Property Management and Sales Departments operate, with ample off-street parking available for customers. The office is well positioned to capture business from both the tourist and residential sectors of the Gold Coast. Coolangatta Realty has been a major force in the local sales and property management market for over 40 years, specialising in both holiday and residential property rentals. Principal Licensee, Christine McMaster, has a long association with the agency. She commenced employment in 1981 as Property Manager and has worked her way through to become sole owner of the business. She strives to ensure a professional and personal service to all clients. The office has always been a strong supporter of the local community, employing local trades people to carry out property maintenance and source all the office’s supplies from local businesses.
