Collins Simms is one of the oldest privately owned real estate companies in Melbourne, with it origins dating back to 1919. Since 1980, Collins Simms has been very much part of the inner city real estate landscape, forging a reputation for honest high quality real estate service. In recent times, it has formed an affiliation with the Marshall White organisation, one of the most dominant real estate companies in Melbourne. This alliance provides our clients with access to the Boroondara, Stonnington, Brighton and Bayside markets. Collins Simms moves forward under guidance of Directors Antony Woodley and Stephen Whitelaw leading an experienced close knit sales team based at our inner city office. At the start of 2013, Collins Simms established an office in Richmond, as part of their plan to become dominant inner city specialists. We continually strive to capitalise on the blending of youthful enthusiasm and mature experience to achieve the highest possible standards of excellence. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide an exceptional level of service that is envied by others in the real estate industry.
