Cathy began her real estate career in 2007 and soon established a reputation for success. A sincere love of real estate is the fuel that drove her rapid ascent from 2008 Real Estate Institute of Queensland Rookie of the Year finalist to Place’s Runner-up Salesperson of the Year in 2010. In her first three years as an agent, Cathy achieved sales exceeding $130 million: a record many agents might spend much of their careers chasing. As proof of her prowess, in 2010’s slower market, Cathy maintained her incredible sales’ record, selling $43.5 million of inner east property.
