Cafe Melzar

In the early hours of the morning we start our day roasting up the finest green beans that we have sourced from around the globe. Each coffee bean is assessed for quality and graded after roasting with the traditional method of cupping. The magic of carefully roasting coffee in our micro roaster brings out the delicate coffee flavours each bean naturally posses depending on where it is grown. Just like wine the climate, altitude and soil affects the final taste. With three coffee bean selections to choose from (one mountain water washed decaf) get ready to be spoilt for choice. The beans are then ready to go when the doors open up at 8am so you can enjoy a freshly roasted cup of coffee extracted from the world leading Italian hand crafted coffee machine La Mazocco.
