Burn & Bliss

My name is Sonia. I havnt always loved exercise. I understamd what its like to want to do something about your weight and fitness but being too afraid to take that step and go to the gym or outdoor bootcamp because there are fitter, skinnier people there than me, and not wanting to hurt or sweat. it was my husband who helped me take that first step and introduced me to an outdoor training group. I had all of the feelings just mentioned above, but my husband wouldnt take no for an answer. it wasnt long before I became addicted to the burning feeling in my muscles when I knew I had worked them, the sweat covering my skin and the clean, fresh, clear feeling I felt on the inside after a training session. I was told when I started that I would become addicted and love the pain, but I thought they were crazy, just as you probably are thinking right now. But youre body learns to love that feeling and the endorphins released during exercise improved the quality of my life in general. After 3 years of loving what I was doing and admiring my inspiring, motivating and tough trainers, I wanted to be that for others, and help them through their journey from being too anxious to take the first step to getting cranky if they missed a session. So, I took another step, which I was very anxious and scared to do, and enrolled in my Personal Trainers course. Which brings me to burn & bliss, personal training, outdoor group sessions in a fun, encouraging, and supportive environment for people of all fitness levels. At burn & bliss there is no judging, putting down or comparing with others. It is a place where people of ages 13-113 can workout, and feel safe, supported and comfortable. Where the only person you are competing with is yourself, to be better than you were yesterday. Whether you are trying to lose some extra kilos, training for a marathon, or you just want time out for you, burn & bliss is the place for you. So what are you waiting for? start your journey with burn & bliss and lets see together where you can go. In June I will also have completed my Certificate 4 in massage, specialising in sports massage. In June I will also be offering massages with the personal training and outdoor group sessions.
