Boot Camp Enoggera

Both Boot Camp trainers Mat and Pip are both elite athletes themselves who appreciate that training and nutrition alone will only get you so far when it comes to achieving your goals. Their positive energy and willingness to assist others to adopt the same mindset that has proven so successful for them is one of Boot Camp Enoggera's key strategies to motivate and inspire others to perform to their best. "Over the last 3 years we have created a very positive and supportive environment where people can train within the limits of their own fitness abilities. Because we have a fantastic retention rate we are able to understand the goals of each individual and ensure that we do everything within our ability to assist those goals being achieved" - Mat The training provided at Boot Camp Enoggera is specifically targeted to create an amazing body composition. Strength training is not only limited to the gym. At Boot Camp Enoggera we target specific training for strength on Monday and Thursday's and the results have certainly improved tenfold. We train at Our Lady of the Assumption School where there is plenty of parking both on street and in the school grounds. We have a fantastic wet weather plan with undercover access so unless there is a cyclone....... we train. Contact us now to try Boot Camp for FREE!
