Bonney Street Charmer

You will be quietly surprised by the size of this cottage, its twelve foot ceilings and generously proportioned rooms give a sense of small scale grandeur. Although 2 Bonney St offers two bedrooms, its large dinning room and sunroom at the back lends the home to some flexibility. This home is bursting with original features and character; wide skirting boards, ceiling roses, solid four paneled doors, original polished floorboards, ornate fireplaces to name a few. A beautiful verandah wraps itself around two sides of the house, offering up views of the Meander River and Park area. A small, but manageable garden is thoughtfully planted out in choice english roses, silver birch and wisteria. The location is conveniently accessible to the river walk and easy walking distance of supermarket, post office, cafes etc. 2 Bonney St could be easily lived in as is, very comfortably, or STCA extended at the rear to develop into a large three bedroom home.
