Blusteel Homes

Blusteel Homes has developed over recent years with the emphasis on energy efficient steel framed homes. The Owner, Bruce Tanner has 30 years experience designing, fabricating and building Australian steel framed homes ideal for owner builders. Although the company services all of Victoria it also supports new home owners and owner builders in NSW and Tasmania. Blusteel Homes design energy efficient steel framed homes to suit our client’s needs adding that finishing touch to individualise your dream home. We also specialise in sloping sites using our box span flooring system which allows homes to be elevated to utilise the site and add further storage capacity. Box span flooring requires up to 20% less stumps/stump pads allowing much larger spans to be achieved without compromising the integrity of the floor. Blusteel Homes have the personnel to enable owner builders to manage their own steel framed kit home build program, and have project managers who can complete anything up to the full construction. When you consider Blusteel Homes as your next steel framed home builder you will be guided through the planning, council and building phases with a member of our qualified staff who understands your needs and that of your project. We pride ourselves on the continual communication we give to our clients and keep them informed on all aspects of the project’s progress. We look forward to speaking with you and helping with your next steel framed kit home build.
