Bendigo Community Telco

Bendigo Community Telco does business a little differently. We would like our customers to think of us as a partner, and trust our highly skilled staff to share strategic communications goals. We have grown our business from basic telephony, to our tailor made data network solutions and infrastructure as a service product offerings. We also design and manage data networks and have our own Network Operations Centre and Data Centre. Bendigo Community Telco is committed to increasing its capability and enhancing the range of services that we offer to our new and existing customers, and we have continued our commitment to contribute and support our local community through a variety of activities. We not only support community projects, but also partner with communities through our Community Enterprise initiatives in Bendigo and surrounding areas. Our aim is to help them create their own revenue streams and to enable communities to grow and develop their own initiatives. At Bendigo Community Telco our motto is "Where Personal Service Matters", and while it's common for businesses to talk about service, it's rare for any to publicly commit to a promise, especially one that covers eight major service initiatives affecting the customer. We have developed an 8 Star Customer Service Promise, which everybody at Bendigo Community Telco lives and breathes and is extremely committed to. Each staff member is measured based on their ability to live up to the 8 Star Promise and for many years, this way of showing our customers that we care has become an integral part of our culture.
