Alnatural Health

Our Vision Alnatural Health was born of a vision to meet the need of people everywhere for true health and vitality by natural means. Our special focus is to assist regional and isolated communities giving them equal opportunity with city counterparts to access specialized natural health services and information that will empower them to make informed health choices. It is our desire to reach the community with a message of optimum health using lifestyle and diet as well as needed supplementation. Naturopath Alnatural Health naturopath, Ian Ridgeway is a qualified Naturopath and microscopist using live, dried, and stained blood techniques and operates an offline and online clinic. Ian’s has a background in the horticultural industry and has held office in the natural therapies association, ICANT. Ian brings together years of experience in both industries giving him a unique insight into the link between the land and health. Ian believes that the health of the nation depends on the health of the soil. Ian bases his practice on the understanding that people are a special creation of God making them of great value, proportionate to what it has cost for them to live on this planet. Ian sees sickness or lack of vitality as the result of the braking of natural law. His role then is to teach people how to live in harmony with that law, irrespective of their view of God and spirituality. His passion is to help people not just to feel better, but to guide them into as perfect health as it is possible for them to have. Articles To achieve this aim Ian has written a number of articles ranging from menopause to the value of, and how to select, correct vitamins to simple home remedies and correct diet.
