All About Coconuts

Some people say “Coconuts are God’s gift to humanity”, others say “coconuts are so full of saturated fat and they will ruin your health”!! So who is right?? It is true coconuts are full of saturated fat, but that is not necessary bad as saturated fats are not all the same. The saturated fat in coconut is medium-chain fatty acids. Coconut oil is easily digested and converted into energy. It is very stable when used in cooking and does not go rancid as easily as most other plant oils. It has anti-bacteria, anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-protozoan properties, just to mention a few benefits! I believe everyone should use coconut oil internally and externally every day of the year!! So I agree with the people who say “Coconuts are God’s gift to humanity!” All About Coconuts Medical Disclaimer: The information on this site is not intended or implied to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
